Feeling that little is known of Governor Henry Horner’s accomplishments since he took office a little more than a year ago, Chairman Barnet L. Hodes of the Illinois Tax Commission has just made public a list of the governor’s deeds.
Improvements in the finance and tax systems of the state are mentioned by Hodes as well as a variety of other reforms and measures, his list of Horner’s achievements consisting of twenty-five different items.
