The old spirit of rivalry between King Feisul and his older brother Abdullah is manifesting itself again, according to a writer in SAYASA, an Egyptian paper, who declares that the two brothers had not met since their separation during the war. Abdullah is angry because Feisul had secured the throne of Irak.
Hussein, the father, hated Feisul, and if it had been in his power he would never have agreed to Feisul’s kingship over Mesopotamia. the writer states.
As to Feisul this paper declares, he would a thousand times prefer the “British yoke” to being at the mercy of his older brother and father.
