First lady Hillary Rodham Clinton announced plans Tuesday for an 11-day visit to the Middle East and North Africa at the end of the month that will take her to Egypt, Jordan, Morocco and Tunisia. Aides said the first lady will return to the region later in the year to visit Israel.
