The first Zionist conference in Mexico’s history opened here last night with 80 delegates, about half of them from the provinces, attending. Jewish victims of Palestine disorders were eulogized and messages were read from Jewish leaders and organizations in many parts of the world, including Dr. Stephen S. Wise, Menachem M. Ussishkin and Prof. Selig Brodetsky. The conference is under the auspices of the United Zionist Organization of America.
