Secretary of State Byrnes, Secretary of War Patterson and Secretary of the Treasury Snyder held a twenty-five minute conference late this afternoon on the proposals of the British and American experts who have been conferring in London.
Immediately after they adjourned, they went to the White House to discuss the report with President Truman.
(As the Bulletin went to press, the three Secretaries were still meeting with the President and no announcement had come from the White House.)
