The seven astronauts killed in the Challenger tragedy last week will be commemorated with a forest planted by the Jewish National Fund in the Jerusalem hills. Tens of thousands of trees will be planted in memory of the astronauts and in honor of American space research at the American Independence Park established during the United States’ 200th anniversary year.
