Germany accused the Israeli air force of firing near one of its navy ships off the coast of Lebanon. Germany’s Defense Ministry on Wednesday confirmed a local newspaper report that two Israeli warplanes fired twice while flying over a German vessel enforcing a blockade on arms reaching Hezbollah.
