Mrs. Golda Meir, Israel’s Foreign Minister, arrived here today for the final two days of her month-long African tour and was met at the airport by a military guard of honor, the Governor General and African ministers of the local colonial government.
Mrs. Meir is scheduled to be the guest of honor at the opening of the annual session of the Grand Council of French West Africa, in which eight French trust territories are represented. Among other functions, Mrs. Meir will attend tomorrow a reception in her honor by the 100-family Jewish community. She emplanes for Tel Aviv Thursday night.
