Greece said it would keep a Russian Jewish media mogul under arrest until it decides whether to extradite him to Russia. Vladimir Goussinsky, who fled Russia following a Kremlin-backed campaign against him on allegations of fraud and embezzlement, was arrested Aug. 21 after arriving in Athens on a flight from Tel Aviv.
