Abraham Grynszpan, uncle of Herschel Grynszpan, 17-year-old Polish Jew awaiting trial for the murder of Ernst vom Rath, Third Secretary in the German Embassy here, was today sentenced to imprisonment for six months because he illegally harbored the youth. He had been sentenced to four months by a lower court, but the sentence was increased upon appeal. The sentence of his wife, Chava, was reduced from four to three months.
