Hamas said the Palestinian Authority had arrested four of its members. One of the four had dispatched the suicide bomber who carried out last week’s attack in a crowded Jerusalem pizzeria, according to Hamas. Israeli officials said the arrests did not go far enough and insisted that the Palestinians do more to stop terror.
