The 20th anniversary of the Histadruth Council closed Friday, postponing until next month its political session. Among the resolutions adopted were (1) to proclaim the month of Shevat as the period for a fund-raising campaign to establish an agricultural settlement in southern Palestine in memory of Vice-Mayor Dov Hos of Tel Aviv; (2) to establish a publishing enterprise, with Berl Katznelson as editor; (3) to take steps for security of superannuated workers.
