The Zionist Federation announced today that it has cabled Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain a protest against the six-month Palestine immigration ban decreed by the Colonial Office. The cable urged Mr. Chamberlain to intervene to prevent carrying out of the decree, which is scheduled to take effect Oct. 1.

A three-fold increase in the sale of Zionist Congress registration certificates has resulted in the naming of ten delegates to the Congress instead of three sent last year. The delegation will be headed by Dr. Julius Miklos, president of the Zionist Federation, and includes three Laborites, three Mizrachists, two General Zionists “A” and one General Zionist “B”.
