If Jewish settlers renege on their promise to evacuate 12 illegal West Bank outposts by the weekend, Prime Minister Ehud Barak will order the army to do it, his spokeswoman said. Last month, settler leaders agreed to dismantle the 12 enclaves under a deal with Barak that allowed 30 more to remain. But some hard-line settlers are refusing to go along with their leaders and have vowed to block army efforts to take down the hilltop outposts.
