Approximately 140 Arabs, including women and children, were rounded up by Israel military and police units who carried out a surprise raid at dawn yesterday on the Arab village of Abu Gosh. Most of the women and children, it was learned here, will be allowed to remain in Israel since they are admissible to the Jewish state under provisions of the plan to reunite war-separated Arab families. The raid was carried out in an attempt to apprehend Arab male infiltrees from Jordan, particularly those of military age.
The bodies of two Arabs who were killed in a clash between Israel security forces and Arab marauders were found last night near Hadora. The Arabs had infiltrated Israel territory from the nearby Arab triangle sector.
