Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu postponed by one day a Cabinet meeting to discuss implementation of the Wye accord. At the meeting, now scheduled for Thursday, the Cabinet will review whether the Palestinian Authority has taken specific steps called for under the accord. These steps include the publication of orders against incitement and the collection of illegal weapons. The Cabinet will also attempt to verify that the Palestinian Authority has imprisoned 10 terrorists from a list of 30 and that the anti- Israel clauses in the Palestinian charter have been revoked by the PLO Executive Committee.
