Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak reiterated his pledge to implement the Wye accord during a meeting with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. Thursday’s meeting, their second in three weeks, came as Israeli and Palestinian officials were convening to discuss implementation of the accord, which was signed last October.
