Israeli anti-aircraft gunners opened fire on two Egyptian Sukhoi-7 fighter-bombers that overflew Israeli positions in the central sector of the Suez Canal zone today. There was no indication that the planes were hit. Israel complained to the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) that the latest overflight violations occurred at 11:30 a.m. local time.
