Israel still has much to do to make conditions more normal and stable and to keep itself always ready to receive new immigrants, Eliahu Elath, Israel Ambassador to Britain, told the 11th Israel Independence Day Dinner of the Mizrachi-Hapoel Hamizrachi Federation last night.
