Israel’s top legal official rejected the International Court of Justice condemnation of the West Bank security barrier as “irrelevant.” In an affidavit filed Wednesday to Israel’s High Court of Justice in response to left-wing petitions against the fence route, Attorney General Menachem Mazuz described the July 2004 ruling from The Hague as unfair and based on outdated information.
