The Jewish Agency for Palestine and the Jewish National Council participated yesterday in services for the Australian soldiers who fell in liberating Palestine during the World War. The occasion was the observance of Armistice Day in Australia.
Flowers were placed on the graves of Australian soldiers at the war cemetery on the Mount of Olives. Rabbi Falk, of Sydney, officiated and conducted memorial prayers. Prayers were offered before the graves of Jewish soldiers.
