Jewish Museum in Leghorn, Italy, Officially Inaugurated

The Jewish Museum at Leghorn was opened yesterday in the presence of all town authorities. Rabbi Toaff delivered the principal address and the Mayor of Leghorn gave the official news of the opening in the public square before the synagogue. This square will be named after Elias Benamo Zegh, noted rabbi, scholar and philosopher, and the author of “Morale Juive et Morale Caretienne.”
