Philip M. Klutznick, noted Jewish leader, will be given the rank of Ambassador and serve on the United States delegation to the United Nations as one of the three top aides to Adlai E. Stevenson, head of the delegation, it was reported here today.
Mr. Klutznick is expected to specialize in economic affairs. He was a member of the U. S. delegation to the United Nations General Assembly in 1957. The other two deputies of Ambassadorial rank to serve with Mr. Stevenson at the United Nations will be political officers.
