Dr. Arthur J. Kraus, ousted City College instructor, yesterday revealed that the Department of Labor had granted him a six-month extension of his stay in the United States. He was originally scheduled to be deported to Poland last March.

Dr. Kraus was dropped from the Philosophy Department of the College of the City of New York after a hunger strike in protest against mistreatment of Jewish students in Polish universities.
