Labor Party leader Amram Mitzna said Sunday he is reviewing a party proposal calling for a unilateral Israeli withdrawal from most of the West Bank. Mitzna was reacting to reports that the head of the party’s diplomatic-security team, Danny Yatom, had drawn up the proposal, which calls for the withdrawal should negotiations with the Palestinians fail.
