Lawyers for Holocaust victims plan to include Chase Manhattan Bank in a class- action lawsuit, Newsweek reported. Chase said in November that its preliminary investigation of the allegations indicated that fewer than 100 accounts are at issue, adding that the bank would pay out the accounts with full interest if necessary.
