In emulation of last week’s raid on the famous linen firm, Bielshovski of Breslau, where all of its Jewish employees were arrested, a second raid was carried out today by uniformed Nazis on the Jewish department store, Blasse.
All the remaining Jewish employees of the store were dragged out, arrested and charged with spreading atrocity propaganda. The Nazis claimed that they found inscriptions and drawings insulting Hitler in the lavatories.
The management was compelled to dismiss all Jewish employees without any compensation, which is compulsory under the German law, and which is strictly enforced against Jewish employers.
This practice of forcing Jewish employers to dismiss all their Jewish employees is assuming a general character in Breslau, which is practically governed by the notorious Nazi leader Heines, who was sentenced under the republic for murder. He was a judge of the infamous secret murder organization, “Fehme.”
Heines is now carrying on a continuous reign of terror against the Jews of Breslau, which is unprecedented even in Nazi Germany. He was the first Nazi commissar to withdraw passports from the Jews immediately after the Nazi revolution and is noted for his brutality.
