Genral Savinkoff declared in his last statement before the Revolutionary Tribunal, that Lloyd George, then Prime Minister of England and Winston Churchill, had emphatically protested to General Denikin against his policy, declaring that it was a perfect madness, particularly with regard to the Jews and peasants in Russia.
