Gustav Landauer, an artist and writer on social philosophical subjects was killed in Munich in 1919 during the reaction following the Revolution in Bavaria.
Martin Buber, born in 1878, is one ### the most outstanding writers on Jewish mysticism and literature of Chassidism. In his writings, he has devoted a great deal of attention to the problem ### Judaism’s place in Zionism.
