Memorial services were held at the Israeli Consulate Monday for Dr. Shlomo Levin, the Consul in charge of religious affairs, who died last month at the age of 44. The services marked the close of the “shloshim,” the traditional 80-day mourning period. David Rivlin, the Consul General of Israel, delivered the eulogy.
