A three-months prison sentence was imposed today by a Munich court on two Israelis, Baruch. Shur and Daniel Gordon, who were accused of having broken into the apartment of the wife of the former Gestapo head, Heinrich Mueller, fugitive war criminal. The sentence was in line with the demand of the prosecution for a maximum sentence.
The two Israelis, who have been held without bail since their arrest, were not in court when sentence was imposed. It was not learned immediately whether they planned to appeal.
