A group of parliamentarians under the chairmanship of Clement E. Davies, National Liberal, met in a committee room of Commons today to hear Abraham Abrahams, head of the political department of the New Zionist Organization, outline plans for a Jewish army and proposals to be submitted to the ultimate peace conference.

His principal proposal was transfer of Jewish populations from distressed areas of Europe to Palestine. He said the NZO believed the conditions for establishment of a Jewish state existed only in Palestine and voiced doubt that there was an alternative territory suitable for a sovereign state large enough to solve the Jewish problem.

The NZO is making efforts to constitute parliamentary committees in Britain, the Dominions and the United States.
