Newly inducted officers of the Sisters of Strauss Relief Society, the Bronx, who supply Passover relief to about 1,000 families in the Bronx each year. The officers who were inducted are:
Mrs. Bessie Bayarsky, president; Eda Nelson, Minnie Winikoff, Jenie Eichler and Ida Brown-Stein, Vice-presidents; Annie August, recording secretary; Sarah Heshekow, treasurer; Mrs. Charles B. Goldstein, financial secretary; Mrs. Fannie Gelfer, comptroller; Mrs. Sarah Rosen, sergeant-at-arms; and Fannie Cookler, Rose Garbus and Rose Levy, trustees. Regina Elberg is chairman; Annie Wishnofsky, Bertha Bearhouse and Beckie Rosen, vice-chairman and Diana Murdock, secretary of the board of directors.
