President Clinton is expected to meet with Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat at an economic forum in Switzerland this weekend, the White House said. There had been speculation about a possible three-way meeting between Clinton, Arafat and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak at the World Economic Forum but Barak is not expected to attend the conference.
