The relations between Israel and the Latin American countries was analyzed today by Moshe Tov, director of the Latin American Department of the Israel Foreign Ministry, at a lecture at the Washington Square College of New York University.
Present at the lecture, delivered under the auspices of the NYU chapter of Sigma Delta Pi, national Spanish honorary society, were students, professors and United Nations delegates. At a ceremony held together with the lecture, Mr. Tov was made an honorary member of the NYU chapter.
