Rep. Frank Fellows, author of the House measure on the admission of 200,000 DP’s to this country, today criticized the Senate DP bill as “basically wrong because it does not conform to the national origins basis of the Present form. He predicted that his own bill, not vote for the Senate bill in the quotes to admit the DP’s within the next two years, would be passed without major changes by the House.
