Preparations for the welcoming of Jewish refugees, expelled from Poland since April 15, are being made along the White Russian boarder it is learned. A large number of stations have been established in towns serving as transit points, and arrangements have been completed for the feeding and clothing of the refugees who will be given free transportation to their former homes.
