Simon Kuper was re-elected chairman of the Zionist Federation of South Africa last night as the 24th biennial national convention of the organization closed here.
Also re-elected were vice-chairmen Joseph Daleski and Israel Dunsky, while Harry Trope was named honorary treasurer. Most of the members of the executive were also re-named. Membership on the executive was decided on a basis proportional to the strength of each political faction within the federation.
