Joseph Sirlin, Deputy Speaker of the Israel Parliament, warned here today that Australia could not afford to ignore the danger of a third world war as a result of the conflict between Israel and the Arab states which have vowed to destroy Israel.
In a statement on his arrival for a 14-day visit to Australia to meet with members of the Australian Parliament, the Liberal Knesset deputy said that President Nasser of Egypt was using the Arab refugees as a weapon against Israel and that Arab agents had joined neo-Nazis and anti-Semites all over the world “to incite trouble wherever Jewish communities live.”
