This is the ruling of the Wisconsin Supreme Court in the law suit brought by Max Polacheck against the Milwaukee Golf Club, which appealed from an order of the Milwaukee Circuit court overruling its contention that the complaint of Mr. Polacheck did not establish grounds for legal remedy. The decision has the effect of dismissing the law suit.
