A three-man Soviet television production team arrived here today, marking the USSR’s first effort to produce TV programs in Israel since the Jewish State was reborn in 1948.
The Soviet TV men will produce two documentaries here. One of these shows will deal with life in Israel. The other will be a documentary film on the life of Shuta Rostavili, a Georgian poet born 800 years ago, who had lived in Jerusalem.
