Milidos der Garabedian, a 32-year-old Jordanian believed to be one of the persons who staged a hand grenade and machine gun attack on an Israeli EI AI airliner at Athens Airport in December, 1969, has been arrested in Fountain Valley, Calif. by the immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). Garabedian entered the U.S. on a 45-day visa. After the INS received information about him from a U.S. government source, his fingerprints were checked with the Greek government and he was arrested on a charge of concealing material Information in ### for a visa. According to the INS in Washington, if this information had been known, he would not have been admitted to the U.S. He is being held for deportation. No date has been set for the hearing in the 1969 airport terrorist attack, three people were killed and 50 people were wounded.
