The Anti-Defamation League teamed with the Russian Jewish Congress during meetings this week in Moscow to create a joint project aimed at monitoring and responding to incidents of Russian anti-Semitism. Russian Jews will benefit from the ADL’s long experience in dealing with intolerance, Pinchas Goldschmidt, Moscow’s chief rabbi and an RJC official, said Wednesday after the joint effort was announced.
