The “Chicago Daily News” in a recent editorial, discussing the Kellogg pact, made the suggestion that Mr. Levinson be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his untiring work in behalf of the outlawry of war idea. It was Mr. Levinson’s suggestions of the pact that found reflection in the French draft of the treaty submitted by Briand and later extended by Secretary Kellogg, it was stated on that occasion.
