The Dominican Republic’s Ambassador to Israel, Dr. Manuel Esteban Rodriguez Fernando, died in the Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba Tuesday. He was 42 years old. The Ambassador died after suffering a stroke last week. He had taken up his duties in IsraeI last Apri 1. The body will be Flown home on Friday, for burial in the Dominican Republic.
