The drive for $50,000, the combined quota for the Syracuse district in the United Palestine Appeal and the United Jewish Campaign will be launched at a dinner at the Hotel Syracuse. Dr. Stephen S. Wise will be the principal speaker.
Dr. A. Harry Rubenstein is chairman of the drive. Mrs. Henrietta Solomon, president of the Hadassah, heads the Women’s division.
The $500,000 quota of the Syracuse district has been allotted as follows: Syracuse proper $40,000; Auburn, $2,500; Oswego-Fulton, $2,000; Watertown, $4,000; Ogdenburg, $1,000, and Oneida, $500.
