The International Committee for the Red Cross condemned Israel’s West Bank security barrier. The Swiss-based relief agency said Wednesday that by building the fence Israel has gone “far beyond what is permissible under international humanitarian law.” Israel’s ambassador in Geneva, Yaakov Levy, said the decision threatens to hurt Israel’s relations with the international relief organization.
