The Israel Philatelic Agency announced the release of three new single stamps and a special souvenir sheet on April 25. The singles will honor American’s Bicentennial, and will observe both Memorial Day and the festival of Lag Ba-Omer. “Netanya ’76” is hailed by a colorful souvenir sheet.
