The Jewish National Fund, for the first time, is cultivating land on the West Bank, it was learned. The area involved is more than 350 acres and the financing was supplied by the World Zionist Organization and the army. The JNF expects to plant crops soon between Mehola and Argaman in the Jordan Valley where new settlements are to be built.
