The outgoing Israeli ambassador to Romania wants to become a Romanian citizen. Sando Mazor, who was born in Romania , has asked Romanian authorities to grant him non-resident citizenship. Prior to his short diplomatic career, Mazor was deputy commissioner general of the Israeli police and head of the police investigation division.
